It really begins with creating more appreciation in your workplace and acknowledgement, even just by the simplest of gestures, can go a long way. Relieving stress, especially work stress, is very important, and regardless of which particular method you use to do so, the important thing is that you are taking the necessary steps to ease yourself of some of the stress and of the symptoms that you are experiencing as a result of it.
